Go to Tools > Ecommerce > Add Product

Add your product information.

Import Product From Google Sheet/CSV File

Click on Import Products > Download Template > Add your products to Google Sheet/CSV file > Import your Products.

Import Products from Meta Catalog (WhatsApp Commerce)

To import products from WhatsApp Catalog, you need to first follow all the steps on this documentation, then come back to your E-commerce section and click Sync Meta Catalog.

Import Products from your WooCommerce Store.

To connect import products from your WooCommerce store, first, you need to go to Settings > Integrations > WooCommerce & connect your store.

After connecting your WooCommerce store in the Integrations section, go to Tools > Ecommerce. Under the Product tab, click ‘Connect to WooCommerce’ and follow the prompt.

Import Products from .CSV with External Checkout Links

In Chatbot Builder AI, you can easily import products into your chatbot using a .CSV file. This feature allows you to add multiple products, each with an external checkout link. The chatbot will use this data to recommend products or direct users to the external checkout page.

CSV Format Requirements

Your .CSV file must include the following headers, formatted exactly as shown:

    •    Name: The product name.

    •    Price: The product price (e.g., 29.99).

    •    Category: The product category (e.g., Electronics, Apparel).

    •    Short Description: A brief description of the product (e.g., “High-quality wireless headphones”).

    •    Image: The URL of the product image.

    •    Link: The external checkout link.

Importing Process:

    1.    Go to the Marketing section in Chatbot Builder AI.

    2.    Click on the Ecommerce tab.

    3.    Choose Import Products from the options provided (Connect to Meta Catalog or Import Products).

    4.    Upload your .CSV file with the required headers, or download the sample zip folder, which includes:

    •    A standard CSV upload format.

    •    An advanced CSV with additional variants and options.

    5.    Confirm the import, and the system will add your products, including external checkout links.

These products will now be available for chatbot recommendations, allowing users to follow the external checkout links to complete their purchases.
