Comments Auto-Reply

You can Auto-reply to users' comments on your post and send automatic replies to their Direct Messages when users comment on your social media page and posts. This tool helps to increase social media engagement and presence.

To enable this tool, Go to Tools > Instagram Comment Automations.

Create a New Automated Reply Tool

Click "Add". You will find a page similar to the images below:

Create and name your new Facebook/Instagram Comment Automation Tool. Click "Continue" and you will get to a page similar to the image below.

In the Setup Window,

Track Comments on: Here you can choose the post you want to use this comment tool.

•  All Posts - The tool will work on all your Facebook or Instagram posts.

•  Specific Post - The tool will work only on the specified posts.

Reply To - This specifies the comment the tool will reply to.

• All Comments - The tool will reply to all comments in the post.

• Comments equal to - Tool will ONLY reply to comments that match the keywords you specify.

• Comments that contain - The tool will ONLY reply to comments that contain the keywords you specify.

Private Reply to Comment – This is the message that will be sent to the user on Messenger Inbox or Instagram DM Inbox.

Public Reply to Comment – Your bot will automatically reply to the user’s comment with this message on the post. This reply is visible to the public. You can add multiple variations and your bot will reply with any of the variations.

More Options (Optional) - Here you can give additional power to your Messenger or Instagram chatbot using this Comment Automation Tool.

1. If you do not want the Tool to work on comments with specific keywords, add the keywords in the "Exclude comments with these keywords" button, and the Tool will not work on comments containing these keywords.

2. You can configure the Comment Automation tool to reply to people who are not your chatbot subscribers.

3. Like the user's comment automatically.

4. Configure your Comment Automation to reply to users who already commented on your previous posts.

5. Set the Comment Automation to reply to replies to user's comments in the comment section.

AI-Powered Contextual Responses

The Instagram Comment Automation tool now includes intelligent, context-aware responses using the {{last_commented_post_text}} system field. This field automatically captures the original post's description, allowing your automated replies to be more relevant and accurate.

To create intelligent automated responses that understand the context of your posts, use the {{last_commented_post_text}} system field in combination with an AI prompt. 

Here's a recommended prompt template:

You are an AI assistant that responds to comments on a social media post. Always use the original post description as context when formulating responses. The description is provided here:

Post Description: {{last_commented_post_text}}

Use this description to understand the user's intent and craft accurate and relevant public and private responses.

This system field ensures your automated responses are contextually appropriate by referencing the original post content, making interactions feel more natural and personalized. Your chatbot can now craft replies that directly relate to what was posted, improving user engagement and satisfaction.
