Add TikTok App to Your Whitelabel

TikTok Business Messaging allows Business Accounts to send and receive direct messages with TikTok users directly through your Whitelabel platform. This enables businesses to boost customer engagement and manage conversations seamlessly inside Chatbot Builder AI.

Important: This documentation is only for Whitelabel owners. If you do not operate a Whitelabel, please do not continue.

Requirements

Each Whitelabel must create its own TikTok developer app in order to use TikTok Business Messaging.

Regional Availability

TikTok Business Messaging is not yet available in the European Economic Area, Switzerland, or the UK.
Business Accounts registered in these regions cannot enable TikTok Automation.
Direct messages from TikTok accounts in these regions also cannot be automated.

Steps to Add a TikTok App

1. Create a TikTok For Business Account

2. Register as a Developer

Apply for TikTok Developer access.

3. Create a Developer App

After creating your app, go to Basic Information.
Set the Advertiser Authorization URL to: https://SUB_DOMAIN/auth/tiktok
Be sure to include the following permission scopes:
- Ad Account Management
- CTX Events Management
- Measurement

4. Request Access to TikTok Business Message

Submit your request using this form.
If possible, do not select United States in the field Managed Business Account Regions — doing so will slow down the approval process significantly.
TikTok’s team will review your request within 10 working days. You can check this official TikTok documentation for more information.

5. Add TikTok App to Whitelabel

Once your app is approved:

Go to Whitelabel Settings › Integrations.
Enter your App ID and Secret Key from the TikTok developer app.

You’ve now enabled TikTok Business Messaging inside your Whitelabel instance of Chatbot Builder AI.
